IELTS Train the Trainer Program.
Overall aim: To train and certify teachers with the ability to prepare students for the IELTS Academic and General examinations.
The course will ensure students can understand the way the current IELTS examination is structured and assessed. It will develop skills in teaching speaking, listening, writing and reading for IELTS. students will learn how to effectively prepare students for the examination using a variety of strategies.
The LAPT Certified IELTS Trainer course is a 30-hour workshop. This is the ideal course for General English teachers who want to deliver IELTS preparation courses, experienced teachers currently working in an educational environment and CELTA graduates.
Prior knowledge of the IELTS examination is not required. Participants should have an Upper-Intermediate level of English with good written and oral communication skills.
